OUR FIRM
ABRAGIA was founded in 2020 merging the academic and professional experiences of three engineers who have worked for local and global companies; specialized in planning, executing, monitoring and control of structural engineering projects that, together with the specialties involved, always search for the maximum use of the resources allocated without undermining the safety and feasibility in its execution.
Using specialized design processes for every single project, the integration and coordination of the stakeholders who develop executive projects of the highest quality are some of the characteristics that distinguish the company.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN METHODOLOGY
PRE DESIGN
This is where we understand the client's and project's needs, both economic and architectural. Design bases are defined, and a work plan is developed. We land on a structural geometric proposal hand in hand with the project manager.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
We develop structural proposals based on the demands the system will face, collaborating directly with the client to land on an initial investment cost that fits the planned investment amounts.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Development of plans for cross-reviews with other specialties involved in the project, here we make the final adjustments to achieve the synergy expected by the client.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
The deliverables that close the structural cabinet process, we develop the deliverables that best suit the needs of each client, in the format required for the correct execution of the construction.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
We offer design and analysis of construction systems that guarantee their stability and the safety of everyone involved, from investors to end users, at all stages. We believe that material selection, detailed calculations, and economic considerations are key.
LABORATORY TESTS
We perform and define scopes, advising our clients according to the current applicable regulations, to obtain the mechanical properties of materials to be used in construction and/or to corroborate the capacities of materials in existing construction systems.
STUDY OF SOIL MECHANICS
Through the collection of samples on-site and their testing in laboratories, we analyze the physical and mechanical properties of the soil and calculate all the necessary parameters for the analysis and design of foundations, as well as the seismic parameters of each project.
TOPOGRAPHY
We carry out topographic surveys (on properties, architectural and structural) to corroborate the current state of a structural system, define architectural spaces, verify property sizes, boundaries, and topographic control of work throughout the country.
